How do I get started with a custom rash guard order?
We make it easy—just fill out our short lead form with your ideas, and our design team will be in touch within 24 hours to start your discuss your ideas for your kit.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order starts at just 40 pieces, making it simple to outfit a small team, academy, or unit.
How long does it take to receive my order?
From design approval to delivery, our standard turnaround is 3-4 weeks. Need it faster? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
What makes Phalanx Customs different from other gear companies?

Yes! We specialize in full customization. Just send us your logo or branding elements, and we’ll bring them to life on your gear.
Do you only make rash guards?
Nope! While rash guards are our specialty, we also offer custom shorts, spats, and other No Gi gear. Ask us about full kits for your academy or unit.

What materials do you use in your rash guards?
Our rash guards are made with high-performance, moisture-wicking, 4-way stretch fabrics that are lightweight, durable, and breathable.
How do I care for my custom gear?
Wash cold and hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve colors and elasticity.
