At Phalanx Customs, every product is made-to-order and fully customized for your academy, team, or unit. Because of the personalized nature of our gear, all sales are final.

We work closely with you throughout the design and production process to ensure your custom fight wear order meets your exact specifications and quality standards. This includes mockups, revisions, and final approval before production begins.

However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or with an error on our end, we’ll make it right—guaranteed. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue, and our team will resolve it as quickly as possible.
