Process & Project Scope for all Custom Jiu Jitsu Fight Wear
At Phalanx Customs, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-designed Jiu Jitsu fight wear that meets your expectations. Our process is designed to ensure transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at every stage.
Included with every project:
- Design, mockups, marketing materials and manufacturing setup for products purchased: long &/or short sleeve rash guard, grappling shorts, spats &/or leggings: front and back view mockups.
- The initial design presented to the client for review will undergo three rounds of client and design revisions. Any additional revisions requested by the client beyond the initial scope will incur additional charges, which will be added to the grand total at the client’s discretion.
- $300 re-design fee If you want to change the design completely from the original scope.
- The final artwork, as-is, is created for the sublimation process.
Deposit: To initiate a design project, a deposit is required upfront. This officially places your project in our queue or initiates the project. Lead times for design vary based on our current workload. Projects are “first come, first served” when the deposit is made. The approximate design time is 7-10 business days from the project’s start date. The deposit fee is applied towards creating artwork. Once the design portion of a project commences, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. The deposit fee will be deducted from the final invoice due before manufacturing.
Artwork - Artwork and files are created for sublimation printing. Final artwork, excluding source files, can be delivered with full rights after final payment.
Mockups Disclaimer - Mock-ups provide visual representations but aren’t entirely accurate. Final product sizes, design placements, and color variations may differ due to monitor settings and digital printing.
Pre-Sale: Once the design is ready, clients can initiate a “pre-sale” period for a maximum of two weeks from the date of design delivery.
Manufacturing + Shipping - Upon the expiration of this two-week period, clients are required to submit the order quantities and the remaining final balance to initiate the manufacturing process. Production is approximately 3 weeks to complete per manufacturers timeline, but we always aim to do better.
